Since today is the last day of Black History Month and to honour Martin Luther King Jr day, It is most appropriate to write about equality and racial diversity.
Indoor Cycling Magazine would be considered crazy if 100% of our reviews were positive. Our readers and fans expect us to be professional and balanced and not expect us to act like mindless cheerleaders. Many of you are aware that we are leaders in the Indoor Cycling Community. Our account known as receives thousands of views every week. On Instagram we have posted over 100s of positive posts and have helped over 100 instructors and studios. The majority of the time the communication is friendly and professional.
As you may be aware. Recently millions witnessed the inequality and injustice that our Black brothers and sisters have suffered. Which is another reason to encourage you to join this very noble cause–such as joining them in seeking justice and equality.
Let us begin with agreed upon facts.
There are 100’s of companies who have been reprimanded for their lack of racial diversity and fairness. They were caught for their prejudice and bias–or at best appearing as bias and prejudice.
Now let’s have a look at companies in the Indoor Cycling Industry. Such as Tiem Athletic. Who make shoes for Indoor Cycling and Spinning.
Tracey Mcleod is the founder and CEO of TIEM Athletic, which is a “footwear company focused on the boutique fitness space”

You will notice that there is not one black person.
What if there was not one woman? It would be all over the media.
And I, a non-white citizen, can personally state that I suffered discrimination. Even after I spent over 160 dollars and even helped promote their brand. However. When they found out that I am a non-white citizen they ceased all communication with me and even blocked my famous Instagram account. Remember. This was after I gave them over 160 dollars and promoted their brand.
Is that why it is IMPOSSIBLE TO SEE THEIR EXECUTIVE TEAM ON THEIR WEBSITE? If it was diverse it would not be hidden and concealed.
What does Tracy Mcleod the “Harvard” grad say when Anna Gross, their “Social Media” manager treats non-white citizens adversely?
To conclude. Tracey Mcleod is the founder and CEO of TIEM Athletic, must be held accountable and issue an apology.
As such. It is ours’ and everyone’s moral and civic duty to make public alleged or actual acts of bias and prejudice.
And let us not forget how expensive Tiem Shoes are.

Review # 1
I ordered the Tiem shoes off amazon. They did not work for me the bottom surface is not as hard as a regular cycling shoe and I felt like my feet were not supported as much.

I had a similar experience. I ordered a pair from Amazon and used them in the studio for about 8 months or so until things shut down. After about 4 rides, I became frustrated with how soft the shoe was but due to the price I kept using them. I found the Tiem shoes particularly problematic when riding out of the saddle. As convenient as they are, I probably won’t ever use them again. I got a pair of (extremely discounted) Sidi shoes when I got my own bike and they have been so much better for me (and my output)
Tracey Mcleod is the founder and CEO of TIEM Athletic, must be held accountable and issue an apology. Is Boston a sanctuary city that permits this kind of mean and immoral conduct?
