Indoor Cycling Magazine cares about the consumer and does not believe that the public wants us to be fanboys and cheerleaders for every Indoor Cycling retailer. Which is why we had to write a negative review, even a warning regarding a business that calls themselves “World Wide Fitness Equipment”
I would be very careful with this NEW business. Not sure if they are legit. I tried to do business with them. They wanted over 1000 dollars for a bike, but then said that they have “phone problems” and cannot call Canada ? In 2018 they cannot call Canada? Or they are so broke, or so shady that they make up stories when one attempts to get customer service? Remember. We are talking over 1000 dollars. Imagine paying 1000 dollars or more then they tell you that they have phone problems. They can’t call Canada? You have to call them long distance? Are they that broke?
Indoor Cycling Magazine is owned and managed by consumers like you. We strive to be united with the community in supporting smart buying choices while reducing any bad experiences. Which is why we have become so large and grown so fast. We honestly do care and love it when our fans are happy.
What is most deplorable is that we gave Rene Ramirez a free professional business consultation that not only costs 500 dollars but he made us pay for the long-distance charges. Rene Ramirez deceived us into giving him a professional Indoor Cycling consultation, thinking that he was going to send us “refurbished bike”. However. The only thing we received was deception and malice, including financial loss. Would you do business with a business like this?
Here is one of Rene Ramirez acts of fraud
We encourage everyone who has had problems with Worldwide Fitness Equipment to file a complaint with the Riverside Better Business Bureau . https://www.bbb.org/en/us/ca/riverside Including the Riverside District Attorney’s office here. And finally the Department of Corporate and Consumer Affairs here.
Lastly. Rene Ramirez, advised me that he plans on collecting money from the California Jump Start Program. He even showed me an image he put together in order to convince organizations to sign up for his “Tour De Force” program? Please read for yourself here. Please contact the Jump Start Program and voice your opinion here.
