Please forgive me but I was quite surprised to discover that the Vancouver YMCA called Robert Lee YMCA offers great Indoor Cycling classes. They have the top of the line Kieser M3 plus bikes which are known to be the best and the highest quality. In addition they even offer a hugh movie screen so you can watch a cycling video while spinning.
Plus their instructors are volunteers who do an excellent Job.
