at IndoorCycling.ca wanted to warn the fitness and health community about the abuse and deciet we experienced at the IDEA World Convention Conference.
We went to the trouble of applying to be a “promoter”. Of course when they saw our traffic we got immediately accepted. However when we questioned Kristin Sedgwick on what the “promoters” receive she became very abusive and hostile.
IDEA World Convention Conference states that promoters will get a so called “emembership” which is basically a bunch of old videos and articles; we don’t even receive a regular membership. What is even worse is that Kristin Sedgwick didn’t care about the tracking of our sales which is very cold and unprofessional.
To add insult to injury after weeks of promoting the IDEA World Convention Conference we contacted Kristin Sedgwick and asked her why our membership is not working. You will be shocked to hear the next act of abuse.
Kristin Sedgwick with a straight and cold face stated that she “lost” our file and that we have to reapply. Of course we gave her the benefit of the doubt, so we sent her proof of acceptance and even showed her the approved code which we were given. However Kristin Sedgwick said that she would “think about it” and that we have to reapply.
Then we asked her what about all the traffic and promoting we did for IDEA World Convention? However Kristin Sedgwick played dumb and said that she knows nothing.
Please join us and contact Peter & Kathie Davis who are founders of Idea Health and Fitness and demand that they apologize for this abuse.
And join us in boycotting this years event until we receive an apology.
