Jake Maulin founded TriJake Fitness in 2012. His aim was to help people get in shape, feel great, and maybe lose a few extra pounds. Ride number 1 is a Beginner Ride Jake Maulin takes you through indoor cycling bike set-up, different positions, and a 20 minute ride to follow along with at your home or office.
Ride 2 is an Intermediate Ride. Jake Maulin of TriJake Fitness, takes you through a 30 minute indoor cycling class. You will do high intensity intervals, and simulate steep climbs, and a “finish line” sprint at the end. Get on your bike and ride!
Ride number 3 is an Advanced Ride. Jake Maulin instructs a 30 minute indoor cycling class. Don’t be afraid, the advanced title simply means we skipped over bike set-up and equipment introduction. More at trijake.com
