From her inspiring leadership to creating the structure of our 4 signature class styles, Coco has played a vital role in building the CC community we all know and love. She’s more than a coach. She’s a cornerstone of this studio, bringing passion and energy, and SO much heart to everything she does. Coco, you are EVERYTHING to us, and we’re endlessly grateful for the impact you’ve made.
Coco’s coaching journey began in Arizona at a one-of-a-kind spin studio once known as The Madison. With only a handful of classes under her belt before making the move to Florida, she knew she wanted to find a space that would offer the same energy and excitement to continue teaching. Enter Central Cycling, the perfect place to continue her passion.
Coco’s background is anything but ordinary—before stepping into the spin world, she was a performer taking on the impersonating roles of Tina Turner and Michael Jackson in Las Vegas. Bringing that vibrant, larger-than-life energy with her, she put together an audition for CC that wasn’t about the standard spin class routine. Instead, she focused on making it fun—because, as she often says, “If you’re not having fun, you’re not doing it right!”
In Coco’s classes, expect more than just a physical workout. You’ll find yourself laughing at her silly jokes, vibing to some ratchet beats, maybe belting out a throwback tune, or even getting a little emotional as she creates a space where vulnerability is welcomed. To her, spin isn’t just about the ride—it’s about connection, taking up space unapologetically, and reminding everyone that what you’re not changing, you’re choosing. She’s here to challenge you to choose the ladder, to rise above. To show up and show out fully, every single time.
While Coco is a force on the podium, she’s quick to give credit to her team—the fellow coaches, the CC Babes (front desk crew), and the owner of Central Cycling, Amber. They are her foundation, and it’s through their support that she continues to grow, improve, and inspire. The community they’ve built is everything to her.
