BeTC – Be The Change, It All Starts With You. Casey Cohen grew up in Jericho, Long Island and trained at the Huntington School of Fine Arts while taking honors classes in HS. Recognized as one of the top emerging artists, led her to the prestigious NYU Steinhardt School, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Studio Art and a Master’s Degree in Art Education.
A gift of acting led to a starring role on the Bravo TV reality show Princesses: Long Island. Concurrently, Casey’s relentless work ethic was put to good use at The Butter Group’s properties Butter, 1Oak and Up & Down. Her over a decade of work experience led to being recognized as a Hospitality Expert.
Not stopping there, Casey became a Co-founder of the hot tech company, Salido, as VP of Hospitality. It was there she realized that fitness was her true world and all of its opportunities for self-empowerment. Casey is a NASM & G.E.A.R. Certified Trainer & earned an additional Pre-Post Natal certification.
Be The Change is created to empower other people and show them the possibility of unlocking their true potential.
