Indoor Cycling Society was very delighted to discover a local-owned, Rock-Star spin studio in the city of Port Coquitlam, BC which is a in the south point of the province. Which is about 20 miles or 34 kilometers from Vancouver, BC. In the last few years the city of “PoCo” has developed immensely and finally was able to conceive a high-end, high quality Spin Studio called HYPE CYCLE CLUB
BEFORE WE CONTINUE WE WILL QUICKLY STATE THAT THERE ARE NO SHOWERS UNFORTUNATELY.
Hype Cycle Club believes that exercise should empower, motivate, and excite you, so they created their HYPE signature cycling classes to feel like a party! Their darkly lit cardio theatre is designed more like a nightclub than a gym, with 27 top-of-the-line stages SC2 bikes, and a beat pumping sound system that sets the intention for an energizing ride that is anything but boring.
Regarding Community: Hype Cycle Club are so excited to shake things up in the Port Coquitlam fitness scene and bring you something new, innovative, and exciting. They also cannot wait to befriend you, cheer you on, and help make life better! At HYPE one of their main focuses is to give back to the community they live in.
Regarding the owners: The studio is owned by two Port Coquitlam locals who love to have a good time breaking a sweat. The pair are childhood best friends that grew up in the Port Coquitlam community.
Jessica, you may already know as your group fitness instructor, yoga teacher, personal trainer, or local hairdresser. She has done a little bit of everything after serving the local community for over a decade. In her free time, you can find Jess checking out a local boutique fitness class in the city followed by an Instagram-worthy brunch. She loves all things Lululemon and adventuring with her spouse Kyle and her fur baby Bear.
Melissa is a long-time fitness enthusiast. She loves a good long run, the occasional half marathon, and chasing after a soccer ball. Her favourite things include lots of coffee, being outdoors and spending quality time with her two kids Aubrey, Maddox, and her husband Jordan. Melissa co-built HYPE after working as a team manager and business analyst in the telecommunications and fitness industry.
