Whether you’ve made it to her class yet or not, this amazing lady has had a huge hand in creating a unique workout that’s got us all hooked! Involved since day one, Natasha’s energy is contagious – you can’t help but feel energized and empowered when she is in the room. Looking for a hot yoga class that she could connect with, a post-savasana conversation triggered Natasha’s involvement in bringing One Cycle to life. From that point on, working with both Paul and Elmira, she took on the role of training an incredible team of instructors – in her garage! One Cycle offers an amazing working for both new and experienced cyclists alike, but everyone would also probably agree that there is some other intangible that brings us back after our first class and even after our fiftieth class. After less than a minute of chatting with Natasha, it is so clear that she is an ambassador of the positive energy that exists under the shimmer of that disco ball. No matter what your level or the frequency of your visits, it is her mission to keep everyone smiling and having a blast while also pushing you to your limits. Her classes are tough, but you won’t have time to notice because the music will keep your legs going and her energy will keep you on track to surpass even your own goals and expectations!
