BurnCycle is a community-centric hub founded on the ripple effect. We believe in the profound impact of the ripple effect and positive energy. Because if we can help you change your day, maybe you could change your week, which would change your month, and that could change your year. All it takes is one good day to be a better parent, a better boss, a better partner. A better version of yourself.
In 2013, Jessi Duley set out to create a space to make that happen. A heart space and a head space. A place where the most hardworking, positive people in Portland would find each other and sweat, inspire, and connect. Seven years (and three kids) later, Jessi firmly believes in the importance of creating humbling and invaluable experiences through experiential fitness to tap into the boundless positive energy that can be infused into every aspect of the studio. Because in order to change your day, you need a game-changing collective of people to hustle alongside, within a place that allows and encourages people to find their edge. That place is BurnCycle.
We make the details matter, we respect every human, and we demand optimism. We sweat the small victories and we don’t miss a beat. We take our passions seriously without taking ourselves too seriously.
In the years since its inception, BurnCycle has grown by 500% and has been nationally recognized for its “like a boss” mentality by Forbes, Shape, Huffington Post, Portland Monthly, Portland Business Journal, Willamette Week, and Portland Mercury, among other publications and organizations.
Connection is what we do. Movement is the language we speak, and our purpose is to provide a space and experience that allows people to find their edge.
Located in the heart of Capitol Hill in Seattle, BurnCycle is a community-centric hub founded on the ripple effect. If we can change your day for the better, maybe that could change your week, which could in turn change your year. At the center of it all, our signature 45-minute indoor cycling workout incorporates drills to target your entire body. The stationary bike is your vehicle for low-impact, high-intensity interval training, where you can take it at your own pace or go all out. All you have to do is show up. Our studio is a place where the most hardworking, positive people in the PNW find each other and sweat, inspire, and connect. Connection is what we do. Movement is just the language we speak.
And one has the convenience of four locations in Seattle, Washington.
