After personally witnessing the hate and vicious venom from Jennifer Sage, a white anglo saxon protestant female, it was our civic and moral duty to warn the public, especially the Indoor Cycling community.
Indoor cycling Magazine is founded by Johnny Zakharia, a university educated middle-eastern man. Indoor Cycling magazine serves 1000s in the fitness community and of course 1000’s of consumers who enjoy indoor cycling.
Unfortunately, as we see everyday, middle-eastern man in leadership become subject of malice and many times get treated adversely. Ask your local Human Rights office or equity office. However this has not stopped us; and in a way, fuels us to overcome and step over these lunatics–who are opposing good citizens.
Indoor Cycling Troll
Which brings us to Jennifer Sage. Who is an Indoor Cycling Troll. Ms. Sage, for some reason has either become angry that Indoor Cycling Magazine does not give her any attention OR that a middle-eastern man is the founder of Indoor Cycling and is succeeding.

In the past we even reached out to her and offered to help her. All we got was hostility and a sales pitch. She claims to offer a valuable Indoor Cycling Service. But most of us can live without her “indoor cycling services”.

Almost every country considers defamation and libel as serious. And many times this kind of hate can lead to even hate crimes charges.
Or course, Jennifer Sage, the shameless coward, knows that there is no “restraining order” against the middle-eastern man and he has not been banned from “every single reputable Facebook group”. In addition he was not “stripped of his certification in Canada”. Next item. He has not been “been banned from several clubs for charges of stalking and harassment.” Lastly. As such. After reading the evil and criminal conduct that Jennifer Sage has committed she is now facing several law torts and hate speech crimes. Such as
Section 319 prescribes penalties from a fine to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years for anyone who, by communicating statements in any public place, incites hatred against any identifiable group where such incitement is likely to lead to a breach of the peace.

137 Every one who, with intent to mislead, fabricates anything with intent that it shall be used as evidence in a judicial proceeding, existing or proposed, by any means other than perjury or incitement to perjury is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding fourteen years.

Injurious Falsehood
An action for injurious falsehood involves the publication of false statements, either orally or in writing, reflecting adversely on the plaintiff’s business or property, or title to property, and calculated to induce persons not to deal with the plaintiff.
Libel
Libel is the type of defamation with a permanent record, like social media and other online posts, newspapers, letters, emails, 
pictures, and radio and TV broadcasts.
If you can prove that someone libelled you, and that person does not have a good defence (defences are described later) than a court may award you general damages for loss of reputation. General damages can range from small to large amounts. It depends on several factors including how serious the allegation against you is, the credibility of your accuser (how believable they are), how broadly the words were published, and your position in the community. For example, if you are a professional, general damages may be higher.
You may also be entitled to special damages, such as lost earnings, but only if you can prove that the lost earnings resulted from the defamatory statement, and not from other factors.
If someone publishes with malice, you may be also entitled to aggravated or even punitive damages.
However, our lawyers informed us that going to court is expensive and even when we win, we may spend more on legal fees than we get in damages. The court may no award us full legal costs, even if you win. The good news is that we have one year to sue. So we will take our time 🙂
However the better option is to seek criminal hate crime charges.
